• To obtain the technology requirements from qualified foreign companies
• To collaborate with qualified local companies for the procurement of Iranian equipment and related services.
• Make appropriate utilization of financial mechanisms and credential lines for the absorption of capitals required to perform the projects.
• Establishment of consortium with most capable foreign contractors for the attracting the foreign investors for investment in region.

• And finally, assess the requirement to establish a “general contracting “ to fulfill requirement of OWNER companies
